Our Trade-Up Program

The TradeUp Program allows our customers to trade in their recently purchased audio components and receive full credit towards a new, higher-tier component. To qualify for this program, the following conditions must be met:

1. Higher Tier Requirement: The new component must be of a higher tier class and at least twice the MSRP of the item they are trading in.
2. Time Limit: To be eligible, the trade-in must occur within 6 months of the original purchase date.
3. Condition: The item being traded in must be in "mint" condition, complete with all accessories and original packaging.
4. Purchase Verification: The item must have been purchased at our store.
5. Damage or Missing Items: Products with physical damage, missing parts, original included accessories, or original packaging are not eligible for a full credit as part of this program. These items would be processed as a regular trade-in.
