Trade-Up Program

Our Trade-Up program allows customers to trade in a recently purchased item and receive full store credit for the amount paid toward a new, higher-tier upgrade.

To qualify for full credit, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must have been purchased from our store within the past 6 months.
• The item must be in mint condition, complete with all accessories, original packaging, and printed materials.
• The new item must be of the same type and of a higher-tier class than the one traded in.
• Items marked on clearance, final sale, open-box, or ex-demo do not qualify.

If your item does not meet these conditions, we may still accept it for trade-in. We always strive to offer fair market value for your items. Please contact us for details.
