Shipping policy

All orders are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfill your order, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Order Processing:

  • Cutoff Time: 1:00 PM Pacific Time
  • Handling Time: 0-2 business days (Mon-Fri)
  • Transit Time: 1-6 business days (Mon-Sat)
  • Special Orders: Additional processing time may be required. Estimated delivery times will be provided when the order is processed.

Shipping Locations:
We ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, size, and weight. Free shipping offers will be clearly noted on the product page and during checkout.

Special Order & Handmade Items:
These items may require additional processing due to production or customs. They are marked as "Special Order Item" on the product page, with estimated shipping times provided. Regular transit times still applies.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking:
A shipment confirmation with tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Tracking numbers are active within 24 hours.

Damaged Shipments:
If your item is damaged during shipping, contact us within 30 days. Save all packaging and accessories. We’ll provide a free return label and exchange the item for the same item specifications. When an exchange isn’t possible, a full refund will be issued. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for more details.
