Returns and Exchanges

We offer FULL STORE CREDIT toward upgrades within 6 months of purchase as part of our generous Trade-Up program. Sales are considered final.

If your item has a manufacturer’s defect or was damaged during shipping, we will repair or process a replacement of the same specification free of charge. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt to initiate a claim. For wearable items, such as vacuum tubes, phono cartridges, and belts, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

After the grace periods above, we will process any claim as a warranty request with the manufacturer, when applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Downloadable software or digital products
• Memberships
• Gift cards
• Personalized items (e.g., custom engravings, custom finishes, or non-standard specifications)
• Items damaged or abused by the user
• Items missing original packaging, accessories, or printed materials
  
• Wearable items after the 7 day window.
