Returns and Exchanges

We offer FULL STORE CREDIT toward upgrades within 6 months of purchase as part of our generous Trade-Up program.

If your item has a manufacturer’s defect or was damaged during shipping, we will process a replacement of the same specification free of charge. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt to initiate a claim.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards
